I / We agree to sign and execute the Allotment Letter, Flat Buyer Agreement in the Company's standard format contents whereof have been read and understood by me/us and I / We shall be bound by them and any other papers/documents as and when desired by the company i.e M/s. I / We agree that the company may or may not accept this application for allotment of the flat incase of the application is rejected without assigning any reason. The company shall refund the original amount without any interest or any other liability whatsoever.
